01 A complimentary conversation
Every owner is welcome. We begin with a conversation about your goals, your home, and your current setup. Together, we review the basic requirements and explore whether hosting, management, or individual property services fit your needs.
02 Discover your property’s potential
Our team evaluates your home’s location, comparable properties, revenue potential, and potential return on investment (ROI). Alongside our design partner, we review the layout, furnishings, presentation, and estimated preparation needs to identify opportunities that align with your goals.
Most clients whose properties meet our requirements see 1.5–2× the rental income compared with traditional long-term renting. Results vary by property and market.
03 Your readiness plan
We bring our findings together into recommended priorities, potential improvements, and estimated preparation needs. You can see the options before committing to services or purchases. Your initial consultation is complimentary; any additional services and project costs are discussed and agreed with you in advance.

04 Choose your path forward
We walk through the recommended scope, responsibilities, service terms, and next steps together. Whether you choose ongoing hosting and management or focused support, you know what is included before we begin.
05 Design with intention
Our design partner and MSV coordinate furnishings, styling, and practical guest essentials around your home’s character, audience, and priorities. Together, we help you make thoughtful choices that support presentation, comfort, and long-term usability.
06 Launch, learn, and refine
For management and hosting clients, we coordinate the agreed setup, listing presentation, and guest experience before launch, then review performance and opportunities to improve. Already hosting? Property evaluation, design, furnishing, and improvement services are also available without a management agreement.
